THE BCG STORY
Bell Consulting Group exists for one simple reason: to help trades and construction business owners get out of the weeds and back into control.
We work with growing businesses that are already doing the work. Jobs are coming in, the team is busy... but the numbers don’t quite add up, cashflow still feels unpredictable, and systems are full of data without clear answers. The business is moving, but it doesn’t always feel like it’s moving forward.
We help build scalable trades businesses, so taking on more work doesn’t mean more chaos. So you can say yes to growth without worrying about cash, workload, or things slipping through the cracks. You know what’s going on, what’s coming up, and where your attention is needed. Growth feels manageable, and the business keeps moving even when you step back.
Our work is practical, hands-on, and built around real-world trade businesses. No theory. No jargon. No cookie-cutter setups. Just systems that make sense, support your team, and grow with you as the business expands.
Why We Do It
We see it time and time again. You started your business because you believed you could do it better than the boss. You wanted the freedom of doing it yourself. You chose a name, quit your job, then realised there was more to keeping things running than getting the jobs done.
But no one ever teaches you how to own a business at school or during your trade. Too often we see tradies struggling because they built blind. So we help them build strong foundations.

Who is Here to Help?
Our Founder - Georgia Bell
I hold a Bachelor of Business Management and have spent over 10 years working in consulting and software. Including inside the technology companies behind the systems many trades businesses use every day.
With this experience I’ve seen both sides. I understand how these platforms are designed to work, and also seen where they break down when they’re dropped into real-world trade businesses without the right structure behind them.
Over the years, I noticed the same pattern again and again. Good operators working long hours. Jobs getting done. Teams doing their best. But the business is running on instinct, spreadsheets, and workarounds, creating stress, uncertainty, and constant firefighting for the owner.
Bell Consulting Group was built in 2020 to change that. I take the knowledge I’ve gained from consulting, software, and business strategy to apply it in a way that actually works on the ground.
The mission is simple: curb the chaos. Create clear systems. Give owners numbers they can trust and a profitable business that doesn’t rely on them holding everything together. Building a truly scalable trades business.
